Display architecture

Six large LCD displays organize flight and systems information. Side screens angle inward, supporting cross-cockpit visibility and flexible information presentation.

Touchscreen interaction

Airbus introduced touchscreen displays on certain A350 configurations. This feature complements information interaction; its presence should be checked by configuration rather than assumed on every aircraft.

Structure and materials

Airbus states that composites account for 53% of the A350’s structure. This structural design is one of the features distinguishing the platform from earlier widebody generations.

Propulsion and variant differences

The A350-900 uses the Trent XWB-84. The A350-1000 uses the XWB-97, so engine, weight and dimensional data for one variant should not automatically be applied to the other.
